These Terms apply to all products and services at luviart.com: technical patterns supplied as digital files, video courses, custom pattern-drawing services, and content published on the Website.<\/p>\n
When a Customer registers an account or places an order, the Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the terms below.<\/p>\n
Each account is for one individual or one workshop. Customers are responsible for keeping their email address and password secure.<\/p>\n
\nDo not share accounts.<\/strong> Sharing login details with people outside the workshop, or signing in simultaneously from unrelated locations, may result in Luviart temporarily locking the account without a refund.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Orders & Payment<\/h2>\n
Prices displayed on the Website are final prices stated in Vietnamese dong. An order is confirmed when payment is successfully completed.<\/p>\n
Luviart may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, technical error, or signs of fraudulent activity; any amount already paid will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n
File Delivery & Downloads<\/h2>\n
Pattern files are provided immediately after successful payment, on the order-confirmation page and in the Purchased Patterns section of the account.<\/p>\n
There is no limit on the number or period of downloads. When a pattern is updated, Customers who purchased it may download the new version free of charge.<\/p>\n
Copyright & Pattern Use<\/h2>\n
Customers may use patterns to make handmade products and sell those products, without quantity limits, additional fees, or attribution requirements.<\/p>\n
\nReselling, sharing, or distributing pattern files is strictly prohibited<\/strong> \u2014 including printed versions, edited versions, or redrawings based on Luviart patterns. This also applies to giving patterns to students in a Customer’s class.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Copyright in the drawings, assembly instructions, and course content belongs to Luviart. Violations may lead to access being revoked without a refund, and Luviart reserves the right to take action under applicable law.<\/p>\n
Courses \u2014 Access Rights<\/h2>\n
Course access is personal, has no expiry date, and cannot be transferred. Additional lessons added to a purchased course are free.<\/p>\n
Downloading, recording, or rebroadcasting course videos outside the Website is prohibited.<\/p>\n
No Refunds for Digital Products<\/h2>\n
Patterns and courses are digital products delivered immediately after payment, so refunds do not apply after a Customer has received the file or entered the course.<\/p>\n
For product defects \u2014 incorrect dimensions, missing details, or an unreadable file \u2014 Luviart will correct the product and send a new version. If the same product was purchased more than once, Luviart will refund the duplicate order or exchange it for another product of equal value.<\/p>\n
Custom Patterns<\/h2>\n
Timing, price, and the number of revision rounds are agreed in writing before work begins. Delivery includes PDF and DWG\/DXF files.<\/p>\n
Custom patterns are subject to the same use restrictions as standard patterns. Luviart will not publicly sell a custom-drawn pattern unless both parties agree in advance.<\/p>\n
Customer-Submitted Content<\/h2>\n
For finished-product photos, reviews, and comments submitted to the Website, Customers grant Luviart permission to display that content on product pages and Luviart channels. Copyright remains with the Customer, who may request removal at any time.<\/p>\n
Luviart removes content that is abusive, unauthorized advertising, or infringes another person’s copyright.<\/p>\n
Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n
Patterns are carefully checked before sale, but the finished result depends on the materials, tools, and skill of the maker. Luviart is not responsible for material damage caused by mistakes during printing, cutting, or stitching.<\/p>\n
In all cases, Luviart’s liability will not exceed the amount the Customer paid for the relevant product.<\/p>\n
Governing Law & Disputes<\/h2>\n
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first negotiate directly; if no result is reached within 30 days, the matter will be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.<\/p>\n
